About Me

Independent thinking, authentic, professional

My focus as a coach and consultant is to help people and organisations gain increased understanding and insight into their challenges and opportunities, to strengthen decision making and to take actions which have a positive lasting impact for individuals, organisations, and customers.

I have a curious and analytical mind and this frames how I work with my clients – by helping them clearly define their challenges and desired outcomes, before discussing options and designing interventions that will address their needs and add value. Despite working as a management consultant for 14 years, I use plain English when I communicate, listen closely, and am empathetic, honest and open in my thinking. My experience and academic background as an Occupational Psychologist gives me a broad and deep understanding of the dynamics of human behaviour and how individual and work factors interact to drive behaviour and performance.

I enjoy working with people, and have been lucky to have worked with a wide range of individuals and organisations during my career: from founders of start-ups, to middle and senior managers within global blue chips and large public sector organisations such as the NHS and Metropolitan Police Service.

Outside of work I really enjoy spending time with my husband and son, riding my bike on sunny days in the Kent lanes, growing veg on my allotment, and going to the theatre. I also enjoy capturing detail, beauty and things others miss in my photography. I chair the steering committee for my local outdoor swimming pool and gym, Brockwell Lido.
