There are some consistent qualities that great leaders tend to demonstrate, but there is also a great deal that varies depending on the nature of their specific roles and organisations. This is why I don’t offer an ‘off-the-shelf’ leadership workshop, but always explore in detail with clients what exactly they want the target population to develop and excel at, how this will enable them to get great results from their teams, and how this aligns with the strategic goals for the organisation as a whole.
